Flying Hearts has successfully concluded a litigation against matchmaking agency Hand In Hand in the matter of unfair competition. Flying Hearts decided to resolve amicably an unfair competition litigation against matchmaking agency Hand In Hand. The conditions of the arrangement include, inter alia, the obligation of Hand In Hand to publish on its website an apology addressed to the Flying Hearts company and its clients. The wording of the apology is as follows: "Apology to Flying Hearts, s.r.o. and its clients - We published some untrue and misleading information on this website regarding the Flying Hearts, s.r.o. agency and its owner Gabriela Justinová. We would like to apologize to Flying Hearts, s.r.o. and its clients for the publishing of said information."
